Philanthropy and Charitable Projects

Robert Gaines-Cooper supports a range of charitable projects and institutions relating to children’s welfare and education.

Robert Gaines-Cooper is main sponsor to the National Council for Children in the Seychelles, the St Elizabeth’s Convent Orphanage and a significant donor to the President’s Village, a home for 40-50 children.

Robert Gaines-Cooper also provides scholarships and pays fees for students at the following institutions:

  • Bath Academy, Bath University UK
  • The Independent School, Seychelles
  • The James Cook University, Singapore
  • University of New South Wales, Australia
